Normally you will receive your order in 10-30 business days from the date that it is placed.Due to the unique nature of customized gifts, the total production cycle includes the design stage after the order is placed, the production time required for various processes (such as embroidery, heat transfer, embossing, and digital printing), and the shipping time.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two main parts:
Design And Production time: 3-10 Business Days(Typically, design takes 1-3 business days, and production takes 3-7 business days.)
Shipping time: 7~20 Business Days(depending on the destination)
In total, it can take anywhere from 10-30 business days to receive your items. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country.

Delivery:
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in both your account email and order number to monitor the order status. After we send out the package, you can get a tracking number, You can click "View your order" to view detailed logistics information, or get in contact with us: support@giftseria.com.
Please note: If you Have not seen the delivery information when you click the order tracking link, please don’t worry! Sometimes, the package goes from our transfer point to the shipper’s first scan at one of its destinations, there may be 24 hours delay in viewing the tracking progress.
Shipping Tips:
1) To deliver successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email address and mobile number during the checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even including the apartment or unit number. Non-delivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be taken by Giftseria.
4) Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 3-7 days more for the package to reach you.
