RETURN & REFUND Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. The customization process begins immediately after your order is confirmed, which means we are unable to make any changes to your personalized details (such as size, color, or custom design elements) once production has started.
In the event that a mistake is made on our end, we will quickly send you a replacement product to rectify the issue. However, we do not offer full refunds in such cases, as custom items are uniquely tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold to other customers. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order enters the locked processing stage, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. Personalized orders are scheduled for production right after confirmation, leaving no window for adjustments. We strongly recommend that you double-check all order details (including customization requests, size, and shipping information) before finalizing your purchase.
Replacement Application Process
Please send us an email including the following information:
1.Order number and your Email
2.Video/ photo of the defective product
3.If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
4.If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
Our customer service team will review your request, and if your claim is approved, we will send you a brand-new replacement product. We believe that providing a replacement is the most effective solution for resolving product issues, which is why we do not offer a full refund service.

In some cases below, fortunately, a replacement can be sent with just a small fee(ranging from $7.99 to $16.99) compared to the original price:
You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.
For a replacement in this situation, you do not need to return the defective item you received.
